Fantastic experience with Reading Smiles. Dr Dhillon and Zeyneb always make you feel comfortable and are happy to answer questions you may have. Had a 9 month wait time for a filling which had worsened due to the long wait via NHS dentist. Booked a consultation and was seen the following day by Dr Philo. Booked in 5 days after seen for the filling. Dr Philo broke down a much more detailed informative overview on my teeth & gums and two separate plans on what to do. First time going private and highly recommended. Warm welcome from the reception team and was helpful on where to go as they asked if it was my first time. Affordable and great availability.

Reading smiles has helped me feel 100% more confident! I had composite bonding done& shaping of a few teeth and Mo made me feel so comfortable and at ease due to my dental anxiety I felt to relaxed and Mo done the BEST job!

Excellent dental practice, I have been coming to Reading Smiles for around 5 years, the treatment I have received has been amazing and both the clinical and reception teams are incredibly helpful and friendly. A special mention to Dr Sham Ibrahim, who is just truly wonderful, her calm, consultative and approachable manner has massively improved my anxiety around going to the dentist, and at every appointment she takes the time to explain any procedures or future care in detail, and gives opportunities to ask any questions. My experience at Reading Smiles has been extremely lovely especially with Dr. Sami. I was looking for a dental place to get either orthodontic/invisalign treatment done and after the review appointment I just knew I had to do it get my treatment done there. Dr. Sami has been both helpful and informative since my first appointment. After scanning and reviewing my teeth he gave me options explaining the time difference and type of plan each treatment will require. He also advised me which treatment to go for, which was orthodontic and ever since doing the scanning choosing the treatment the quality of service has just been improving. In each appointment I am told how my progress is going, what has been done and what to expect (etc. I’ll have pressure on certain areas, for some time or what certain things that I need do for my teeth) and asked if I have any questions before booking my following appointment. I am also asked whether I am happy with how the treatment is going and how my smile is turning out. During my treatment I have also gotten compliments on how straight my teeth have become. Booking appointments is also so easy and convenient as the front desk is extremely helpful. All in all, I am extremely thankful for Reading Smiles as well as grateful for Dr. Sami and the quality of his work.

I did my Invisalign treatment with the team, and their professional knowledge truly made me feel I was in very good hands. Special thanks to Dr Hanel, Becky, Romio, Anna, and Priyanka. I may not remember everyone’s name, but every staff member was always kind and helpful.

Whether it was answering my enquiries, helping me reschedule appointments over the phone, or arranging my next Invisalign aligners earlier before my holiday, the whole team showed that they genuinely care about their patients and want us to be happy.

The journey was quite long, but I really appreciate how patient and supportive Dr Hanel and the team were throughout. They helped me all the way to the end, and now I’m so happy with my smile.
