Iona has 18 + years of experience in dentistry, covering NHS and Cosmetic dentistry.
Her main focus is making patients feel comfortable and happy when they come into our practice. One of the main things she enjoys about her role is making patients feel good about their smile. As Treatment Coordinator, she is here to help through our patients' whole journey. She is here to help, so please do not hesitate to ask her any questions that you have. In the practice, you will see her at reception organising appointments. She may also be the person on the phone to you discussing your appointments. Along with this, she will work closely with all the clinicians.
Outside of work, Iona enjoys going at the gym, walking her dog Dave and spending time with her son and husband. She loves to dance around my kitchen to a good ‘90s tune, too.

Dean’s main areas of focus are; digital dentistry, digitally guided implants and Smile Design. With the use of technology and modern clinical techniques he ensures precision and accuracy while delivering his patients’ dream smiles.
Dean cares about each of his patients and believes in the importance of the patient journey which is at the heart of the 1Smile ethos. From initial consultations, during treatment and aftercare Dr Dean prioritises patient care and satisfaction exceeding expectations at every corner.
Dean also realises that visiting the dentist can be daunting for some patients so his reassuring and thorough approach to delivering the highest quality, patient cantered care allows even his most nervous patients to feel at ease. He is about to undergo further professional training in sedation to provide even more options for his patients in the practice and further serve their needs.

Emma is a practice manager with over 20 years experience of being in a managerial role.
She believes the patient experience is paramount and is enthusiastic about delivering patient care to the highest standards.
She plays a pivitol role in the day-to-day management of the dental practice, supporting the team, and ensuring that patients feel welcomed, informed, and at ease.
She is known for her affable and friendly nature which helps create a calm and professional environment for both patients and staff.
In her spare time, she enjoys keeping fit, music and spending time with her pets and family
