Hygiene Treatment

I’ve recently moved to Reading and did a lot of research on dentists and I am so pleased I picked Smile! I first spoke to Amelia who was exceptionally professional, understanding and answered all my questions. All the receptionists have been so well trained - so polite and kind and welcoming from the minute you walk into the surgery. Now let's talk about the treatments. I had my check-up with Dr Francisco and he didn't rush (like some dentists do), he cares - he focused on me, made sure I was comfortable, explained everything he was doing and gave me some excellent advice and options. I have never felt so happy visiting a dentist. I then today, had my hygienist appointment with Miss Eniko - such a lovely lady. She tried everything to make the experience comfortable, stopped when I twitched and I'm very happy with how my teeth look now. To top it up, just rang the receptionist now and spoke to lovely Amelia again. Took her less than a minute to answer my call and an invoice fell into my inbox at lightning speed. What more can one wish for! I have now persuaded my husband to join Smile and after watching their videos in the main reception and seeing the kindness but also the exceptional calibre of the staff, I am contemplating bringing my mum here and she lives in High Wycombe! but I would do it just for the excellent care and service that Smile would give her...... Thankyou to the Smile Team. I'm grateful.

I visited this morning for the first time for an implant consultation. Dr Sherpa Sonam was very friendly, made me less nervous, and of course gave me valuable advice. Although an implant would be a little bit costy for me at the moment, Dr Sherpa suggested alternative treatments to improve my situation of my teeth. I am looking forward to the treatment coming up.

I had an amazing experience with Reading smile. The dentist and the whole team is so approachable and friendly. Always available for any concerns and very flexible.I am glad I get myself checked here.

I was quite nervous about needing a complicated root canal, but Dr Marina completely put me at ease. She was so gentle, patient and kind from start to finish. The treatment was spread over two fairly long appointments, yet I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort at all. I really appreciated how professional she and her nurses were throughout. I’d also like to mention the reception staff, who were always friendly, polite and happy to help. Everyone made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Thank you all!

Excellent service! Everyone was friendly, kind, and put me at ease. The space is lovely and well-maintained. They were very kind about me needing headphones and a fidget during my appointments. It can be a bit warm upstairs, so wear layers if you're sensitive to temps.

I've been avoiding dentists for the past 15 years, based on previous bad experiences and knowing that I desperately needed some work done, but felt ashamed about the state of my teeth. I was highly recommended Reading Smiles. I had a great hygienist appointment and some much needed dental work with Dr Philo Menon, who put me at ease from my very first appointment and has looked after me. I'm so impressed with the treatment and care that I've received so far, that I've decided to have invisaline, something that I wanted to do many years ago. I've received great service by highly skilled staff, in a clean and modern practice at decent prices. I can't recommend Reading Smiles high enough!

Very good practice. Both friendly and professional. Dentist I am assigned to, Dr Sonam, is very good. Already had 2 sessions of dental surgery.

Dr Shona has been fantastic throughout my treatment. He is professional, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. My implants blend so perfectly with my natural teeth that you cannot tell the difference. The only downside is that appointments often run about 15 minutes late, but the excellent care and results more than make up for it. Highly recommended.

On my first visit to Reading Smiles I was greeted by friendly receptionists. The interior of the building is immaculate and I was put at ease with all the staffs kindness and professionalism. It’s immediately obvious that they are all very considerate and excellent at what they do.

I have been a client at Reading Smile with Dayle (Greenfield) for a couple of years. The team at Reading Smile are friendly and professional, and Dayle has helped me to sort out a lot of my problems, as well as referring me to specialist (Marina Spanaki) to get me the most effective treatments. Every single one of the clinician's I have met are really helpful and I am grateful for every visit.

The whole team at RS are always a pleasure to deal with, they are always accommodating and nothing is ever too much trouble. Sham and her assistants are wonderful and, although I didn’t start my treatment with her, I am glad she was the dentist who completed my treatment as I’m so happy with the results!

I had a filling this morning with Dr Dayle and Kalpana. I was extremely nervous prior to my treatment as I hadn’t had a filling since I was a child, however both were extremely professional, friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease. Dayle walked through all the steps prior and during the treatment which I really appreciated. After the treatment was finished, Dayle explained what he saw during treatment (I wanted all the details!) and provided advice on aftercare. The treatment was painless and I’m super happy with the results and treatment from both Dr Dayle and Kalpana :) The reception staff are always lovely and extremely welcoming when you arrive and leave which always helps!

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Amorim, who was incredibly professional, patient in explaining every step of the process, and thorough in following up throughout my treatment. The results have been truly outstanding I couldn't be happier with my smile! I cannot thank Dr. Amorim enough. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mario, who is always welcoming, kind, and a pleasure to be greeted by at the clinic. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

I recently attended a hygiene appointment and was looked after by Paige. She was exceptionally professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout the entire experience, immediately putting me at ease. Her excellent telephone manner made a great first impression from the moment I booked my appointment, and her warm, calming approach continued in person. Paige’s customer service was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Thank you, Paige, for such a positive experience.

I had a very good experience here. Dr. Ajay and Ms. Revu were kind and efficient, gave me peace of mind as they took care of my teeth. Thank you! The practice also recently helped my husband with a dental emergency. The extended opening hours are very convenient.

I’ve been coming to Reading Smiles since I moved to Reading eight years ago, but it was only a couple of years ago that I decided to truly invest in my smile by starting Invisalign and replacing a tooth implant that had been twisting my smile since 2011. Dr. Amorin took wonderful care of my Invisalign treatment, and Dr. Yusuf handled my implant. In both cases, the attention to detail and level of care were absolutely outstanding. I was especially impressed with the implant surgery—I expected it to be painful and uncomfortable, but it was nothing like that at all! I couldn’t have imagined a better experience, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. The entire team at Reading Smiles is incredible—Mario and all the lovely ladies at reception, the amazing nurses, and of course the doctors.
