It’s been about seven months since my last visit, and wow, everything has changed for the better! Becoming part of Smile Rooms Glasgow feels like joining a place with a smooth, relaxing vibe. The music, the cucumber and mint water, and the friendly atmosphere make you feel instantly at ease. Everyone is amazing as always, but now there’s that extra touch that makes you feel truly looked after, it’s definitely not your usual dentist! After having a few consultations for Composite Bonding with the best cosmetic dentists I could find in and round Glasgow, I settled with Dr Ryan here at The Smile Rooms and I was the best decision I could have made. During my consultation I was made to feel at ease with the treatment fully explained along with what I wanted, and the results I wanted to see put at the forefront of the conversation. Dr Ryan took time to explain what could be done and made sure my expectations were managed and met. Iona was also great, going above and beyond explaining costing and pricing plans along with timeframes, coordinating my treatment and many questions answered! After my 2 weeks of whitening prior to the composite bonding, the day of the treatment came and it was carried out extremely efficiently and smoothly. I was totally comfortable during the whole procedure. After we were done and I seen my results I was totally over the moon. Since having my composite bonding done I am finding it hard not to smile and have fully regained my confidence in my smile. I cannot thank Dr Ryan, Iona, the Hygienists and Nurses who took care of me from Consultation to my final results. Would whole heartedly recommend the team here. 5 Star service at an amazing price.

I had a great experience during my Invisalign process. The result was better than expected. Dr Ryan & his staff were very friendly & professional throughout the whole process. They were very flexible with appointments due to my busy schedule. I would highly recommend Dr Ryan if you are looking for a great smile!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We just arrived on. Holiday and we needed an emergency extraction. Thankfully they were able to help us get in right away. Very awesome Dentist and very helpful team.

Went for an appointment the staff were lovely from the get go, they explained everything really well and in detail. I met dean and natasha whom were absolutely lovely and explained everything really well for future and current procedures.

I am from the US and was on holiday in the UK when I started having a problem with one of my fillings. I called multiple dental practices in Glasgow to try to find someone who would take in a patient (who was obviously not already in their system) for an emergency appointment. 1Smile was extremely helpful and got me in for an appointment within a few hours of calling. Dr. Ryan Shum quickly found the source of my pain (a cracked filling and signs of decay), and advised a root canal treatment. Seeing as how I was only in Glasgow for another couple hours, he very graciously and clearly explained all of my options and helped me choose a route that would quickly solve the pain problem and get me through the rest of my holiday until I could return to the US. The treatment itself was great--Dr. Shum was sure to check in with me often during process to make sure I was doing okay. The treatment was also very successful (no more pain the rest of my trip!). Since my appointment, Dr. Shum and the office have been very good to communicate with as I have needed to get my x-rays and treatment summary letter sent to my new dentist in the US. The office called the following day just to check on how I was doing, and Dr. Shum has written to me personally to follow up and offered his assistance and advice even though I am back in the US now. I'm extremely grateful for the entire 1Smile Dental Clinic and Dr. Shum. Their professionalism, expertise, communication, and overall kindness is excellent. If I lived in Scotland, I would absolutely be returning to the clinic, and I highly recommend 1Smile to everyone else!

I would say I love it, but who LOVES going to the dentist?! 😂 All staff are friendly though, the dentists explain stuff thoroughly and always give you the option to ask any questions. Reception staff all very pleasant. No issues! Would recommend.

Have been with 1smile for over 10 years and find the staff are really helpful and professional. I've had various treatments done, including fillings & composite bonding and have found all work to be carried out to a high standard and good value for money. They offer dental plans that can allow you to have several hygiene appointments and regular check ups, in order to maintain your oral health. Reception staff are excellent and I've never had any issues trying to get an appointment - even been slotted in same-day for dental emergency. Would highly recommend 1smile. Wonderful work from all staff!!

They offered a fast and Professional service, at a reasonable price. We will now be using this Company as our Family Dentist. We have to travel one hour to get to Glasgow, but the attention and explanation works far exceeds our expectations. kind Regards David and Son
